When you can't make a scheduled class, you still have a powerful option — open gym access.
During these times, you can follow the workout displayed on our exercise screen for guided structure, or choose the exercises you prefer and train at your own pace. Either way, you're staying consistent and continuing your progress.
For your safety, doors remain auto-locked during classes and open gym sessions, and a member key fob is required at all times for entry. This helps keep our environment secure and focused for everyone inside.

Getting started at Results Fitness isn’t about jumping into the deep end — it’s about building confidence,

We know walking into a gym for the first time (or even returning after a break) can feel intimidating. That’s why our onboarding process is designed to feel welcoming, structured, and supportive — no pressure, no ego, no confusion.

Your journey begins with a simple first step. You’ll complete a short form so we understand your goals,
your background, and what you’re hoping to change. From there, you’ll meet with one of our experienced coaches
for a friendly, one-on-one introduction that focuses entirely on YOU.
Together, you’ll discuss:
- ✔ Your fitness history and current activity level
- ✔ Injuries, limitations, or concerns
- ✔ Short-term and long-term goals
- ✔ Lifestyle habits, schedule, and preferences
After your consultation, you’ll go through a simple movement assessment that helps us understand how your body moves.
This isn’t about performance or judgment — it’s about ensuring your program is safe, effective, and perfectly matched
to where you are right now.
From there, we create a clear roadmap for your success. You’ll leave knowing exactly:
- ✔ Which program is best for you
- ✔ How often you should train
- ✔ What your first 30, 60, and 90 days will look like
- ✔ How we’ll track your progress and results
